Foam Dischargers & Foam Grenades

A guy drove up my store and saw my stacks of Foam Dischargers. He then said, "Duh, foam dischargers are useless! One of them can't stop a gas fire!" I then set fire to his gas-powered vehicle. After roasting a few marshmallows, I fired off 7 foam dischargers onto his car and immediately extinguished the fire. I'm happy to say that I've never heard another snide comment from the doffus again.

• Foam dischargers & grenades act in the same way as foam rockets.
• Each additional foam item that hits a fire at the same time will add 1 to the chance of extinguishing the fire.
• Cumulative effect with fire extinguishers.
• Fire extinguishers do not use foam.
• Passing through an already triggered foam counter will cause a -2 to hit for the rest of the turn only.

Flammable Oil

Ever wonder why your oil dropper never explodes in a fire? That's because it's filled with cheap non-flammable oil. Why be cheap when you can buy the real thing? Uncle B now has Flammable Oil. Now you can light up your opponents when they laugh on your oil slicks.

• Cost: 150% extra, Weight: Same
• Available for oil dischargers, oil droppers, and oil guns
• High-temperature Oil varieties are not available
• Changes the weapon class to volatile

Laser Battery Cells

Lugging that big, old laser battery into battle just because you have a gas engine and a targeting laser? Why not give Uncle B's Laser Battery Cells a try! Just ask for the EEE batteries at the counter.

• Cost: $100 per cell, Weight: 10 lbs. per cell, Space: 1/2 spc. per 5 cells, round up
• Power Units: 5 per cell, Damage Points: 1 DP per 10 cells, round down
• Located next to the engine/power plant.
• Damaged after the engine is destroyed
• If no DP to begin with, destroyed when the engine is destroyed.

• Spiked modifications are applied after steelbelting.
• Tire may not be made radial, off-road or racing slick.
• Not available for Plasticore tires
• -D2 to maneuvers on ice, snow and off-road
• -D1 to hazards on ice, snow and off-road
• On normal road: -1 to Handling Class, +D1 to maneuvers & hazards
