AVRO CD Cover |
|
---|---|
This is the first modern piece of artwork created for
AVRO. I was forced to create a CD cover for a computer
graphic art class I was in. Since AVRO such a great source
for material, I used an old photo and combined it with some
other scanned art to make this nifty piece. So, if AVRO ever
makes a CD, we will be ready. |
AVRO's First Logo |
|
---|---|
With the availability of colour printers, the first colour
logo for AVRO was created. Using simple graphic software, it
was simple, yet functional. |
|
AVRO's Second Logo |
|
As the years went by, I grew a bit tired of the big, old
logo. With a nifty font and lots of elbow grease, I was able
to tighten up the logo and make it look more modern. |
|
AVRO's
Third Logo |
|
This is the latest logo that AVRO is sporting. It is
entirely computer generated and represents AVRO's jump into
future. In case you are wondering, the billboard is dated
"2037" because the boardgame, Car Wars, is set fifty
years into the future. This date represents when AVRO first
started (i.e. 1987). |
Over a decade ago, there was a Car
Wars supplement called Combat
Showcase. It featured numerous vehicle designs and
layouts that I found to be fascinating. Unfortunately, SJ Games never came out with
another edition.
Refusing to let such a great bunch of innovations die off, I
created a bunch of vehicle design graphics for AVRO. Over our long
existence, these graphics have undergone numerous modifications.
Presented here are the latest versions that AVRO has available.
These graphics will be undergoing massive re-adjustment due to
advancements in our technology.
If for some strange reason you want to use these graphics, go
ahead. Just try to credit me for my work please.

Ad |
|
---|---|
During AVRO's long existence, we have had to advertise our
events in game stores. Rather than put up a bland piece of
paper with a name and phone number, it was decided that an
eye popping ad might be just what we needed. |
