Marinate Chicken (or whatever) in:
2 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Coriander
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
2 Tbsp Peanut or Sesame Oil
2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
Leave the garlic out for a no-onion-family version. You can add ginger, ground or chopped fresh.
Grill or Broil Chicken. Serve with bits of toast, pickle and peanut sauce.
