1 ounce rye (Michter's)
.5 ounce Tempus Fugit Creme de Cacao
lots of mint leaves muddled at the bottom and garnish
crushed ice
1.5 ounce bourbon (Burnside Oregon Oaked)
many mint leaves muddled and garnish
crushed ice
ginger beer to the top
1.5 ounces rye (Whistlepig
juice of half a lemon
simple syrup to taste
mint to garnish
crushed ice
lime perrier to the top
More mint muddled at the bottom is also good. Skip the simple syrup if you prefer your drinks very dry. Skip the bubbles, if you don't like bubbles.
2 ounces whisky (DryFly Wheat Whisky)
.25 ounce simple syrup
mint leaves muddled and garnish
Scrappy's Chocolate Bitters
2 ounces Whistlepig rye
1 ounce Dom Ciccio & Figli Nocino
Scrappy's Chocolate Bitters
Mint leaves for garnish, but crush them a bit
Or you can use Rittenhouse and Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
