Chill:
1 ounce Crema del Maguey OR mezcal plus agave syrup to taste
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
Run a lime wedge around the edge of a chilled coupe glass. Sugar the rim. Pour and enjoy.
The drink is also good on crushed ice in a collins glass, or on rocks in a rocks glass. It _could_ be a Margarita, but those are usually made with Tequila, and usually a salted rim.
