Blender Mayo

Do I need to remind you that consuming raw eggs has some risk? Consuming raw eggs is risky. There. I hope you're happy now. RHI you can make blender mayo with boiled eggs. I had yet to experiment.

In a Blender:

1 Egg

Turn the blender on. While the blender is on, drizzle in:

2/3 Cup olive oil

This is not precision stuff. Just drizzle until it starts to look all white and creamy.

At this point, I stop, because this makes a perfectly acceptable sandwich spread all by itself, and can be doctored up to make all kinds of aioli sauces and salad dressings. However, traditionally, people add lemon juice, vinegar, salt, mustard powder, or a variety of other flavorings.

Honey Mustard Dressing

In a small container with a lid, mix:

mayo (either store-bought or blender above)
honey
prepared mustard
Tabasco or other prepared pepper sauce

The proportions are really entirely up to you. A wide variety are quite tasty.

Aioli Sauce

In a small container with a lid, mix:

1/4 Cup mayo (either store-bought or blender above)
1 Tsp lemon juice
1 Tsp prepared mustard

Tastes good on turkey loaf, among other things.

Cayenne Aioli

To Aioli add:

1 diced clove garlic
cayenne or other pepper to taste
