Terry

Unlike most of my friends, I have only recently gotten to know Terry. He is a great guy who has had many obstacles in his life which he has had to overcome. All of this has made him stronger. I think the thing that Terry likes best, is to travel. Just during the short time that I have known him he has been to: New York City, Paris, Mexico, Japan, Guatemala, and Vancouver. The guy lives for vacations. I wouldn't be surprised if within a couple of years, he has moved to Mexico, or Central America. He is a very warm and friendly guy but still needs work to become a better smart-ass. It doesn't look like I will get the time to instruct him on how this is done.

Since I have known Terry, he has sold his house on Capitol Hill and bought two places with the money (but one place has a mortgage). The first place, I still haven't seen yet but it is a small studio condo in Belltown. The 2nd place is very, very cool but is located in Index (55 miles from my place), which is on Hwy 2 heading towards Leavenworth but still on the west side of the mountains. His place sits near the river and he owns the property all the way down to the river. The views there are spectacular and the place is very peaceful. He hasn't really moved in yet and is just in the "getting the place ready stage" (as of Sept. 2005) but it still looks cool.
