* Both limousines have a suspension-determined HC of 1. Their HCs after
accessories have been added can be no higher than 2.

* The power factor values are based on the statistics of the original
thundercat power plant, modified by weight. All of these power plants have
built-in extra power cells, giving them a minimum range of 300 miles.
Gasoline Internal Combustion Engines
Why does a 10 ci engine produce 30 PFs per cubic inch of displacement while a 700 ci engine produces 19 PFs per cubic inch of displacement? This needs fixing. We also need a twin-turbocharger system. (I know the Car Wars rules state two turbochargers work the same as one, but twin turbochargers should be available because a twin-turbocharger makes a car description sound cooler.) If blueprinting is widely available, the cost of that modification should down in price.

Accessories
Improved Superconductors: Cost 50 percent of the power plant's base cost, increases power factors by 15 percent.
Improved Blueprinting: Costs 50 percent of base engine cost, increases base power factors by 15 percent.
High-Rise Intake: Costs 5 percent of base engine cost, increases base power factors by 5 percent.
Intercooler: Costs $1,000 plus $1 per power factor added, increases
base power factors by 25 percent.
Uncle Schmalbert's Accessories
These two items are improvements on items found in ADQ 10/1 ("Uncle Schmalbert's 2044 Catalog Update," p.16 and p.18.).
Improved Electric Turbocharger: Costs $1,000 plus $1 per power factor added to the power plant, increases power factors by 25 percent, increases base acceleration by 5 mph, and reduces vehicle range by 25 percent (the turbocharger drains power from the batter faster than normal).
Improved Voodoo Power Plants: Cost increased by 100 percent, power factors increased by 150 percent. These power plants are modified to access another dimension therefore their effects are not harmful to the occupants of the vehicle using them.
