4.  MARY ELIZABETH (MOLLIE)2 ADKINS (ROBERT S1) was born November 15, 1879 in Limestone Co, Texas, and died February 11, 1955 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  She married (1) THEODORE FRANKLIN THASSLER October 14, 1892 in Rockdale, Texas.  She married (2) FRANK WHITE 1920.

Fact 6: The source of information for dates was from my grandmothers bible, it faded over  the years and my Uncle Theodore tried to trace the faded entries
but i am sure it was too far gone for him to get the correct readings as all the census figures we found , like sulphur in 1900 dates were different. 
Fact 7: Mary Elizabeth (Mollie) gave her daughter Mary Hettie's  birthdate as 1898 on the 1900 census and I am sure the 1900 census was correct.

Fact 1: 1885, Immigration to the United States
Fact 2: Family stories say that when Theodore Thassler was in Germany (where he was born, that he kept on  stowing away on the ships in the port of Hamburg. His father or uncle would always find him and bring him home. 
Fact 4: Finally, he was able to find  himself on a banana boat headed for Galveston, Texas.  The crew of the ship found him and befriended him because he was only a 14 year old boy at the time.  They helped him sneak ashore in Galveston.
Fact 7: Later after he moved to Oklahoma where he was able to obtain 120 acres in the Oklahoma Land Rush.
