We Are Looking For People
When you build a new community
Let the group make the decisions
We are looking for some people
That have those kind of visions
We are looking for people
We are looking everywhere
We need the kind of folks
That want a life that's fair
Now the most important thing
Is that we focus on the heart
We need to love one another
That's the most important part
Not just after Sunday sermon
But every day of the week
We need to help one another
The strong support the weak
Some will be intelligent
Others mechanically inclined
Some have a way with children
This brings peace of mind
With this much variety
How can we go wrong
We will be an example
For the new that come along
This takes very special people
Who lift above their fears
People who realize
We must all be sincere
