Contact Seanet sales and give them the following information:
Seanet's web-admin will use your information to generate a CSR ( Certificate Server Request ) which will be sent back to you via email. You will then use the CSR to purchase your secure certificate from an authorized vendor. We generally recommend Verisign or Thawte for your certificates, but you may use any recognized vendor. Whoever you choose, expect to pay between $100 and $350 for a certificate good for one year. Please note: CSR specifications cannot be changed once you have purchased your certificate. Seanet is not responsible for incorrect or misconfigured CSRs. Once you have the certificate, send it back to Seanet's web admin and it will be installed on the server. Once the certificate is installed, your secure web space is ready to go.

Seanet uses PGP encryption for secure data transmission via email from your web site to you. PGP can be obtained in both Commerical and Freeware versions from www.pgp.com . Download the software appropriate to your computer platform and follow the installation instructions. If you installed PGP correctly, you should have generated a "key pair" of a "public" and "private" key. Open the "PGP Keys" application and copy your "public key" into an email and send it to ssladmin@seanet.com. Also specify the email address that you used when you generated your key pair.
Seanet's web admin will install your PGP public key on the secure server. With PGP installed you will be able to use CGI scripts to send PGP encrypted emails from the server to the email address you specified when generating the "key pair". These emails can then be decrypted using PGP on your computer. If you installed the commerical version of PGP, the decryption will be virtually seamless. The freeware version will decrypt your email just as well, but requires more steps. Full instructions are included with both versions.
