Here, the heads have been installed. Balancer and front cover are in place. The alternator and power steering stack is assembled and ready to pivot into position. |

This is the system circuit breaker and starter solonoid bracket, which I cut from the water separator mounting bracket. The original location placed the breaker/solonoid under the FWC, totally inaccessable. On the left is the mounting adapter I made from SS sheet. Both epoxy coated. |

Here is the assembled unit. |

The bracket with components installed mounts to the right bank riser, and places both units up top, where they should be. |

And here is the finished job. I even got San Juan Engineering to send me new placards for the FWC. In these shots, the engine still needs the bracket to mount the relocated circuit breaker and starter solonoid assy installed. The engine was assembled with all new SS fasteners for the Intake manifold, FWC, front cover, starter, water pump, alternator/power steering units, and all brackets, mounts and fixtures. Anti-seize compound was used on every threaded part. |

Another view. I scrubbed the bilge with a stiff brush and laundry detergent. Worked very well. |

Initial run in
was excellent. It runs perfect on the muffs.
Took 4 gallons of coolant for the FWC and Cabin/Cockpit heating system. |
