| Time for a little eye candy. Up 'till now, this series has been nothing but rusty metal, welding, bondo, etc. Since the rear-ending in 2003, little by little I have been getting the brightwork redone. Chrome work is numbingly expensive, but not so bad if spread out over time. And, I had plenty of it while working on the Roadster all these years. All the chromework was done by Art Brass in Seattle, Wa. |

The original grille was pretty bad. I picked this one up off Ebay, in better, but still rough shape. I had Art Brass straighten, rework the metal smooth, and rechrome. They did a beautiful job, and I paid accordingly. You can't put a price on quality craftmanship like this. |
