The Frame/Template is reassembled on the table. The frame is pinned to the table, and the Template removed. Then, the 30 mil CrystalClear vinyl is cut and super glued in the frame. Afterwards, it is stitched in place. |

The completed port Front Side Curtain. The Curtains zip into the Windshield edge, Bimini Top, and the leading edge of the Radar Arch. They attach to snap fittings along the side glass rails. |
