Setup

Setup configuration notes. Details are for a specifc environment, but the basic approach is useful for anyone.

mkpythonproj

mkpythonproj generates project directories.

pdx

Pdx is a markup translator similar to pod and sdf.

Fixed problem when a CGI link is constructed via a macro. Passed all tests on Base, Html, Latex. Rest is ok except for complex tables. Docbook fails on some -- have to investigated.
2015-07-27 pdx-1.7.2.tar.gz Added several new list markers. Also solved the overflow for large files.
2012-01-07 pdx-1.7.tar.gz Added ReST backend. Ok functionality except tables -- canonly do very simple tables. Use "=begin rest" to do fancy tables.
2002-06-24 pdx-1.6.1.tar.gz Added Seminar and PyPt backends for PDF slide shows.

Read/write/use UML/XMI [NOT ready for prime time.]

Insert persistence, e.g., via pickle and ZODB
Generate SQL DDL. (ORM python access in work)
Read csv headers and generate SQL tables and python code

tab2x

Tab2x (tab2x-1.2.6.pdf) supports writing "tablature" music for lute players. It translates Lilypond-like syntax to either real Lilypond or to Wayne Cripps's Tab format.
