Having learned to carve propellers while building the hovercrafts, using the air drive concept on a small boat was a temptation I could not resist!

This project will basically use the drive system from the Lil hover on a  narrow pointy flat bottom hull with only a slight dead rise. With the absence of any splay in the sides and a flat level deck we hope to be able to do this down and dirty skin on frame glue and screw nothing complicated build the hull in a day type thing. The air duct will take a little longer. We will try a 5hp briggs quantum with a 26" fan first, because we already have them. This should prove to be a great lily pad fisher and with a little luck (good I hope) make headway against a modest river current. We will start this project when the extra parts become available from the other air powered crafts.
