When CuteFTP is opened you will see the FTP Site Manager:


Select Personal FTP Sites and click on the Add site button.

Here's what it should look like after you have filled it out:

If you want to specify an initial directory on the local machine you can do so.

Once you are connected you may need to browse to the correct directory on the local machine.
