Instructions for setting up Thunderbird 1.5

Thunderbird Main Screen
- Click on Tools then select Account Settings .

New Account Setup
- Select Email account.
- Click Next
|

Identity
- Fill in your name and Seanet e-mail address.
- Click Next.

Server Information
- Select POP.
- Fill in pop.seanet.com as the incoming server.
- Click Next
|

User Names
- Enter your username.
- Click Next.

Account Name
- Type in your Email address for Account Name.
- Click Next.

Account Settings
- Select Outgoing Server (SMTP).
- Click on Add.
|

SMTP
Server
- mx.seanet.com as the Description.
- mx.seanet.com as the Server Name.
- 25 is the Port.
- Check the option Use name and password.
- Type your username in the User Name field.
- Select No for Use secure connection.
- Click on OK.
- Click on OK again to exit the Account Settings window.
