Once the program starts, select Mail and then Options:
There are two tabs with settings that are specifically relevant to configuring Internet
Mail to send and receive e-mail using your Seanet connection:
Server Tab
Enter your name and e-mail address.
Fill in mx.seanet.com for Outgoing Mail, and pop.seanet.com for Incoming Mail.
Your Account Name is the part of your e-mail address before the '@' sign.
Connection Tab
Select the appropriate connection type.
