Thunderbird

  1. Click on the View menu.
  2. Click on Page Source.
  3. Highlight everything in the window.
  4. Right click on the highlighted content.
  5. Left click on Copy.
You can Paste this information when you forward the spam to spamabuse@seanet.com by hitting Ctrl-V.
