How To Get Full E-mail Header Information

Outlook 98+

  1. Open the email by double clicking on it.
  2. Click on the View menu.
  3. Click on Options.
  4. Highlight everything in the Internet Headers window.
  5. Right click on the highlighted content.
  6. Left click on Copy.
You can Paste this information when you forward the spam to spamabuse@seanet.com by hitting Ctrl-V.
