The self-install kit from Qwest should contain 6 color-coded plastic bags as well as the router itself and an install CD. The label on the CD explains the procedure quite well for PC installations:

" Put this CD-ROM in FIRST."

Do so, then follow the instructions for wiring and cable connections clicking NEXT when you have completed or checked each task.

ISP Protocol When the setup program gets to the section labelled ISP protocol, choose PPPoA and click Next.

Username and Password On the next screen, enter the fully qualified login username. in the User ID box and put the Seanet password in the Password field. Click Next.

IP Type On the next screen, choose DHCP. then click Next

Continue reading the setup instructions and clicking Next until you get to the end, then click Finish on the final window. YOU'RE DONE!
