Windows XP: Make new connection wizard (PPPoE)

Click on the Start button

Choose Control Panel

Click on Network and Internet Connections

In the or pick a Control Panel icon click on Network Connections

In the Network Tasks section on the left, click on Create a new connection

Click Next

Make sure the dot is next to Connect to the Internet

Click Next

Choose Set up my connection manually

Click Next

Choose Connect using a broadband connection...

Click Next

Type "Seanet" in the ISP Name box

Click Next

Type your username@seanet.com in the User name box

Carefully type your password in the Password box and again in the Confirm Password box

Make sure the top two boxes are checked

Uncheck Turn on Internet Connection Firewall...

Click Next

Check Add a shortcut to this connection... if you want a shortcut placed on your desktop

Click Finish

The new PPPoE connection will appear in the Network Connections window:

Double Click the PPPoE icon.

Click Connect to connect to the internet
